On Sunday, June 12th, the CSM Indie Performance Program students hosted a concert in our parking lot at Plaza 34 featuring a BBQ provided by the Meat Guyz, raffles, candy sales, special guest speakers, and live performances all afternoon. It was a wonderful afternoon!
Our students raised $1854 for the Centre for Newcomer's Ukraine Response Fund!
The Centre for Newcomers is an organization dedicated to helping immigrants and refugees of all nationalities in our great city. They offer a wide variety of support services for families and individuals just arriving including settlement services, language training, career, job placement and so much more.
We're excited to announce our outdoor Ukrainian Refugee Benefit Concert featuring the Indie Performance students on Sunday, June 12th from 3:00-5:00PM in the parking lot of Chinook School of Music, 3522 19th Street SW!
Admission by donation. All funds will be donated to the Calgary Center for Newcomers - Ukraine Response Fund supporting Ukrainian refugees in Calgary.

The Meat Guyz & Girlz will be hosting an onsite BBQ featuring their signature Smokies and Burgers to fill your tummies.
CSM Students will be selling candy and sweets.
Cash only! All funds will be donated to the Center for Newcomers.
Bring a lawn chair and come enjoy live music by CSM Indie Performance students. Snacks will be available to purchase (cash sales only). Everyone is invited to attend.
