Patricia lights up Chinook School of Music with her smile and cheery disposition! Our dynamic director of the violin faculty at CSM, Patricia is a passionate musician and teacher who loves to share the joy of making music with her students. Patricia takes great pride and pleasure in educating the musicians of tomorrow who will one day share their own musical joy in the world.

Having achieved her master’s degree in Viola from Quebec Music Conservatory, Patricia is a very active member of the Calgary musical community. She is the violist of the Lily String Quartet and performs regularly with many orchestras including the Calgary Philharmonic Orchestra.

Patricia is responsible for creating the group string programs at CSM. She is currently directing the intermediate and advanced PEP String Ensembles and also teaches an Introductory Violin Class for 4 and 5 year olds. Future projects for Patricia include developing a chamber music program for the CSM piano and string students for the 2017-2018 school year.
