Music Kids in the Park
Ages 6 months to 5 years
Join our circle in the park as we play instruments, learn rhythms and sing melodies in the great outdoors!
From movement and instrument exploration to summer-themed songs, our multi-ages program is about learning music and creating memories. Designed for children, six months to 5 years, Music Kids in the Park cultivates an environment where younger musicians are inspired by their older peers, and our older participants take pride in leading the way. Our dynamic teachers ensure that each activity is engaging and developmentally appropriate for every child.

Each class is 45 minutes

NW: North Haven Green Park, located west of the Community Centre building
(If you turn up Newcombe Place after the Community Centre, you will find us on your right). -
$198 per student: Tuesdays, Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays. (9 weeks)
$176 per student: Mondays and Wednesdays (8 weeks)
What You Need for Class
Instruments: a Music Kids in the Park Kit is available for purchase for $32.99 +GST for your class. This kit contains: a set of egg shakers, a set of rhythm sticks, a pair of clackers, a pair of scarves, a tambourine and a bottle of bubbles. You are also invited to bring items from home!
A blanket to sit on.
Sun protection for the whole family.
An umbrella and rain proof jacket for days with light drizzle.
More information will be sent to you before your first class!

If you are sick, please do not attend class.
Check your email 60 minutes before your class time if the weather is looking suspect. Should a class be canceled due to inclement weather, a make-up class will be available.
This program is non-refundable after the first class of the session. Refunds issued prior to the first class are subject to a $50 administration fee. Students wishing to transfer from one Music Kids class to another during a session may do so provided that class space is available.

Steps for booking your child in this class:
To book classes for your children, you must book them under their own profile in Wellnessliving to avoid booking yourself into the class by mistake.
If you are a new client, create a new Wellnessliving account for yourself. If you are an existing client, login to your account.
If you are a new client, create a profile in Wellnessliving for your child: Under the "My Profile" menu → Click the "Overview" sub-menu → Click the "+ Family Member" button to create your child's profile.
If you are an existing client, you can choose an already existing family member from your list of family members under the “My Profile” menu.Now on their profile → Click the "Book Now" tab in the top menu.
Select the program you want on the book now tab using the age categories and follow the steps to register and pay for your class. Confirmations will be sent by email.
If you are registering more than one child into multiple programs, go back to the profile tab and toggle between your family members to enroll the appropriate child into each class.
